Sudden drop in speed and performance - Unlimited Fibre Extra

Hi, We've had a very steady and super fast fibre connection since we signed up but the last few days have been terribly slow. I've been keeping an eye on the connection through the bt wholesale checker and it appears we are stuck on a slow speed
For the record we used to get a download speed of 50/60Mbps and an upload of around 7Mbps but now we are only receiving around 10Mbps download and 3.5Mbps upload speeds.

Huge thanks to Alex on the plusnet Twitter page I sent a message and very quickly received a reply with some help.
Incidentally there has been some works going on at my bt fibre cabinet So I suspect that is the cause of the issues we are having.
