How do. Looking for some help with regards to the fibre broadband which suddenly in last two weeks has gone an it pear shaped. Had it for a few years with minimal fuss but Started off with sudden buffering on general browsing just after Christmas. Ran Speedtest on wireless via iPad at first and speeds dropped. Naturally aware wifi can be funny at the best of times (even with split bands) so wired in pc ran test via bt wholesale checker and I've gone from 35-38 mb and 6mb upload to between 24 and 26 mob as per two photos. Tested on two PC's to ensure readings accurate. To some, may not seen much but it's becoming very noticeable it's more unstable our end and can't make sense as to why Its dropped on speed and reliability as nothing physical/environmental changed, no new devices hogging bandwidth etc. Looking for anyone who can shed some light on this, please?
For the record, Hub is a one and has been mains reset already as that would have been the first logical thought!
