Sudden change in VDSL performance

Hi,

Nothing major, but on the 18th December there was a measurable and sudden drop in the achievable download speeds, and in the consistency of those speeds :

Any idea what might have caused this? It's still functional, but if it can be easily restored to its previous performance, that would be nice...

Have you tried switching off the router for an hour or so? On reconnecting hopefully you will pick up a different IP address, which might help.

Hi there, tests on your line don't indicate any problems and everything seems to be back to normal but do let us know straight away if you can if that becomes an issue again.
