Such terrible misleading service.

Before I signed up I spoke to PlusNet over the phone, to confirm what speeds I could get, as a photographer, I need a decent upload and was told
“exactly what you get with sky”
seems that was untrue and I was mis sold, as PlusNet only offer 40/2 on my line.
I have spoken over the phone to 5 different people with total holding and talk time of around 9 hours and all that time not one solution. only one person in customer options agreeing i was missold, promised a callback and guess what? never called back.
I submitted a support ticket 5 days ago, still no reply.
I have made 4 live chat conversations, and 3 of the 4 were total misinformation telling me what I want to here, but no solution. only the 4th telling me they cannot give me what i was promised
And I asked a question In here 4 days ago, which still has no answer.
I have no placed a complaint in line with PlusNet procedure, while keeping 100% evidence of how I have been messed around. Ready for a CISAS complaint.
