Stuck on 60/20 profile for more than 6 months - help needed

Dear Plusnet,

My internet has been stuck on 60mb down and 20mb up for more than 6 months.  The connection has been rock solid for the entire time with a downstream SNR of 10 and upstream of 6.

Is there anything you can do on your end to unstick me?

Mine is the same since 1st quarter of last year after several powercuts, I raised a ticket as previously been on 80/20 but got completetely fobbed of by the csa who said he was going the do some changes but actually did nothing.

You could try requesting a DLM reset but they probably will want to send a fitter(or as bt call it engineer) to test the line.
