No problems. Happy to hear you have your speed back. I can't apologise enough for what happened. As you rightly pointed out it absolutely shouldn't have got to the point where you had to come on here to complain.
A combination of adviser error (which I've fed back on), and automation incorrectly moving the circuit to 40/2 during the transfer to the new network a few weeks ago. I hope you don't experience any further problems.
