@Gandalf I see that you're around today. If you or one of your colleagues have a minute can you please have a look at my BT profile, which seems to be a bit low. For info I am on a fixed IP address, which has also caused problems in the past.

68.13/73.95 is about 92%, which is what is expected on a "retransmission high" profile.

Hi Baldrick1, our systems are in line with BT's in terms of the line profile so everything looks OK from our point of view.
