Hi Mike.
Our tests are showing a loop condition. This is basically a short circuit somewhere and is usually caused by faulty internal wiring or equipment connected to the line.
Can you run through the checks here and let us know when you've completed it?

In case it helps: When I had a loop condition detected on my line the cause was a CPR Callblocker. These take their power from the telephone cables and this can be detected as a loop fault.

Hi Gandalf, I'm now plugged into the master socket. I have an MK2 faceplate so added a microfilter also. Is it still showing a loop.
I don't have a phone attached to the line ever, the only devices I have in the house are an amazon fire box and a ubiquiti Access point to give better coverage. Should I remove these?

Our tests are still showing the loop.
Can you remove the faceplate, leaving the test socket exposed letting us know when there's nothing plugged in? That way we can retest the line without anything your side of the test socket impacting the line.

Cheers Mike. Line tests are still failing with a loop condition, so the next step is to arrange an engineer visit.

Hi, is anyone else still having this issue? mine started about 2 weeks ago. but mine only seems to be with Twitch, day & night... I have tried everything to resolve this and I have had a line test done on my line with everything coming back fine...
it seems to be on all my devices connected to the wifi, i can watch fine on 4G so it has to be plusnet somehow...

@bobpullen well it was, my internet stopped working for about 10 minutes and its back up now. but i am back to buffering... i'll see if i still have the issue in the morning.
