Streaming Services Buffering

Hello all,
I've seem to have developed a perculiar problem in the last week or so. It doesn't matter what streaming service I use be it Amazon/Netflix/Twitch etc, I get about 10 minutes into a stream then enter a continious buffering stage to the point the video is unwatchable. It also doesn't matter if I'm using a wired or wireless connection I get the same result via both methods.
I've tested my line and it comes back with the useual speed result (60 MB download) and I can watch any video on Youtube in HD with no issues at all. Can someone please help me out with this? It's driving me utterly insane!

Does this happen on multiple devices at all?

Re: Streaming Services Buffering

It does yes. It's been behaving a bit differently today, as I did a test on a stream I would get a 'hitch' like the audio dropping out or a picture degrading before resuming. This hitch would keep happening every other minute or so of the stream as if it can't detect my connection speed.
