I've had 3 messages today too, are we pitiful end users going to see any benefit to the new network or is it a behind the scenes upgrade?

Mysterious texts re broadband account

This afternoon, out of the blue, I have had 3 texts saying "Your broadband order has successfully completed. If you want to know more information go to help.plusnet.
On logging on to my account, I have, apparently, an "open" question raised at 8.52 am saying "INTERNAL: This customer has migrated to another provider"
I haven't asked for any such thing and I am still getting these random texts and am worried my phone & broadband is suddenly going to go down!
Any help would be appreciated.

If the user is not changing accounts and does not have to make any changes to their logon details etc. it shouldn't send any messages. All sending messages will do is cause worried users to try to contact Plusnet.
<sarcasm>We all know CSC staff are sat around idly for much of the day waiting for calls to come in as they are so over-resourced therefore extra calls is not going to be an issue</sarcasm>

I've had these messages at 12.55, 16.25, 17.15, 19.00 and 20.25. My account has a support ticket (that I didn't initiate) saying "INTERNAL: This customer has migrated to another provider." I'm assuming this is mistaken and nothing to worry about, but if there's been an internal fix for duplicate texts it doesn't seem to have worked for me.
