Just visited live chat, pretty useless response. I'm having a problem where after anything from 7-10days wireless and wired connection will not go above 40mb and requires a reboot to fix which really isn't something i've ever needed to do before with any other router/isp.
Would you say this is a fault? I've not long started my contract so hopefully some from plusnet can possibly point me out in a solution to maybe fix this? @adamwalker

Hi etdsaunders,
I'd try factory resetting the device if you haven't already.
Let me know how that goes as we may need to look at replacement if that doesn't seem to fix it.

@adamwalker - a factory reset didn't resolve the issue sadly. Any chance you wonderful people can send a replacement?

I've just arranged that for you so expect the new one along with a postage paid returns bag within the next few days.

It only lasted around 5days this time around. I tried everything again but a simple reboot fixed it and don't want the problem to get worse as it seems to be doing so. DLM will not be so kind to me keep rebooting

The router finally arrived today @adamwalker now awaiting for a returns bag, as not returning faulty will cost me a massive amount
Now i should plug it all in, and hope it's fixed
