Still with BT :(

My fibre was due to be transferred over from BT on 4.10 but still with them and no update from plusnet  Embarrassed
Is this usual? Don`t really fancy the idea of a guessing game for switchover.

I'm really sorry for any confusion but the order is actually set to bring your service over on the 7th and not the 4th.
We originally confirmed that back on 26/9 on ticket 92109369 so apologies for any contradictory updates since then, I'll investigate that.

The 4.10 came from the SMS message sent on the 26.9.

I had the same thing with mine when I moved over, my SMS date was wrong as well! Maybe they need to look into the problem.

Unfortunately it's a case of same mistake, different person. Sorry if that's been an inconvenience.
In my position and that of my team mates in customer relations we tend to have a good overview of broader issues that might be affecting things like this and this and we've only seen the two instances mentioned in the thread.
We're not concerned there's a broader issue but we will remain vigilant all the same and feedback is being passed on.

No problem mate, it's good that you have a forum that you keep your eye on....it gives us some reassurance that it's not a case of "We've got their money for the next 18 months, so we don't care" Smiley
