On the 6/1/21 I spoke to Rick via the online chat about the £50 back offer. I was told I would get an email about a £50 Mastercard in 10 working days after renewing my contract Which I did on the 7/1/21.
It is now 14 working days (25/1/21) and I have received nothing. I put a question as to the progress of this to the online question section and was expecting some sort of reply today but the question section seems to have disappeared.
So where is the promised £50 Mastercard?
It looks like I am not the only one wondering what as happened to the offer!!
