Still waiting for broadband

I’ve recently moved house and a technician came out to install Broadband. I’ve been waiting over a week now after they said I would be up and running in 48hours. I’ve not been able to speak to anyone as the phone line and web chat doesn’t get me anywhere. I paid £90 set up fee and all for nothing at the moment. I am so disappointed and not sure what to do. Would really appreciate it if someone could get in touch as life and work is impossible without internet!!! Not impressed Plusnet!!!!
