I signed up to PlusNet in January and was given a date for Open Reach to visit of the 8th Feb ... They came and installed my new Master Socket, but discovered a problem with a overhead cable where it crosses a stream. (The cable goes underground from the house under a field, it then goes up a pole, crosses a stream, then down another pole and continues underground to the village.
I got a email on the 9th Feb saying there was an issue. but have heard nothing from PlusNet since.
I have seen Open Reach working around the pole .. But have heard nothing!
Can someone investigate and give me some idea as to when my service will be activated?
