The upgrade was ordered on 30th August and was promised min 49Mb/s within 2 weeks. The connection is still at running 8Mb/s on a good day and down to 4Mb/s on some days.

The guy on the online chat was friendly but unable to help and suggested contacting the provisioning team by phone.

The queue was allegedly only 15 minutes that proved grossly untrue I was waiting for 42minutes. The agent said he would transfer me immediately to the provisioning team but the line was just silent for the next 39 minutes so I hung up.
