Hi,
We had and engineer come round because our speed had dropped to >4Mb/s. He finish and said he got 27Mb/s on the test. I went on speedtest.net and got >4Mb/s still but the upload has risen again. Is there something plusnet need to do on their end since it still says the sync speed is 4.4 on their website

Hi if your current line speed in your account is still saying 4Mb then it hasn't updated yet to match the BTw Ip profile, it should do it automatically but it rarely does, you could wait for someone on the CRT to see the thread or try live chat they should be able to update it for you.

Hi,
I went on live chat last night and they reset it for me and then told me to turn it off for 15 minutes and now it won't connect at all. So I'm going to have to ring up today.
