Still on 2Mbs upload

I posted on the "Upload Speed Increase" thread, but didn't get much response.  Several people on that thread posted that the upgrade to upload speeds would take place in November.  It's now the 6th of December and my BRAS profile is still at 2 Mbs (with speeds to match).

I can't find any posts suggesting that there's been any slippage in the due date. BT's dsl checker suggests I should be good for 20 Mbs.

Has the date slipped?  Is there anything I should or could be doing?

Hi there. I'm manually putting the regrade to 40/10 through for you now.

It looks like the regrade order has completed and testing your line is spot on.

Sync Status	In Sync
Downstream Speed	40.0 Mbps
Upstream Speed	10.0 Mbps

How's the speeds on your end?

37.4 down and 8.6 up, with the usual complement of devices attached to the router.  That's close enough for a 'pass'.  Regards, S.

My upload speed has never shown any increase, and is always around 2mbs. Has my line not been upgraded to the "up to 10 "service or am I too far away from the cabinet to see any real change?
