Still nothing from Plusnet or BT?!!

Ok my broadband has been dropping connection for over a week now, and nothing has been done, was told wait 72hours for a phonecall from an engineer... I got the call they told me we will be there in an A.M slot on Tuesday 8th May... so i took a day off work and waited all day... NOTHING!! No communication or anthing... so i messaged Plusnet and they informed me that he could still turn up by 6PM.....AGAIN NOTHING!!! another message to plusnet informing me he will contact me before he finishes yesterday... and would you believe it.....NOTHING AGAIN... This is actually getting beyond a joke now...I think its time to leave PN and find a new provider.

Still problems remain with dropping out slow speeds and nothing being done to fix things.

What does your ticket say in the member centre?

Why would you get anything from BT if you supplier is PN?

Have you got an open fault? Are the drops on wired connections, or WiFi?

Because its a BT openreach engineer that was supposed to visit a week ago but never turned up, then was told he was still on the job...but no communication or anything and got told to book a revisit but still nothing from either of them the drops are the router not the devices connected.
