Still no resolve to Question #116967416, please help!

Quick run down, original fault reported December 27th. Around Christmas the line speeds dropped like a rock to about 5/6Mbps from normal 80/20 (Which I have had over a year and a half with BT then Plusnet.)  The line speed creeped up to 30Mbps, then 50ish.  A BT engineer was sent to my house to test the line, he reprovisioned the line or attempted to at 80/20, and also provided a new modem.  After testing the line with his tester, they registered a max of 80/20, but still only doing 50 to 55 down with 15 to 20 up (Pings drastically were fixed at this point which was a plus.)  Someone on the phone told him it could take up to 24 hours to get my line completely at 80/20 again, that was last week.  We are 72+ hours over that and now at a speed of:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 51.56 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 60 Mbps-54.17 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 54.17 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 13.28Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps
I was just going to call in but a 45 min wait on the phone, and still nothing via my question, so any help would be good.
Is there any outages or issues with SouthWest UK?

Hi Wir3tap,
We're not aware of any obvious causes for your slow connection speeds at the moment but I'm going to flag the ticket to our faults team for a response for you.
