Still no reply to ticket #187246074.

I am leaving plusnet on the 19th and had received a letter with an early termination fee of £257.40, but I am out of contract and had this confirmed during the online chat function.  They kindly raised a ticket to have the termination fee taken off but I haven't received any written confirmation that this has been done and that I won't owe any money other than my monthly payment that I will owe up to my termination date.  I have cancelled my DD just incase it gets taken out of my account by mistake as I don't have that kind of money spare.  I opened my own ticket to ask for written confirmation on the 6th but haven't had a reply.  Can someone please help me?
