Still no broadband

Reported fault over a week ago. Still no service. Phoned up over 8 times and every Time the advisor has no record of previous calls. Was told on Friday that engineer would be out Mon 1-6. Called again sat and was told by the advisor that he was only covering and has no idea but no engineer had been booked but promised a 24 hr call back. 24 hrs have passed and still in the dark. And now to ad insult to injury when I've logged in just now I've been that restrictions have been placed on my account for an unpaid bill. Worst service ever and no closer to restoration over service. If anyone from plus net could look into this that would be great as the guys on the phone have no idea what they doing. Fed up now if no resolve by tommorow I'll be switching to virgin asap

hey lyndsay what issues are you having i keep gettin bad connection speeds and disconnection
