Still no broadband after 2 weeks... No access to account and no correspondence.

Been without WiFi for over 2 weeks now. Called today. Was assured line should be connected but our router still has a red light. Have no emails or texts confirming connection, don't even know our phone number and still can't access account. Help?

Do you get an error when logging into your account? Have you switched from another provider or is this a new connection?

All resolved now, just took a bit of chasing. Thanks for the responses though!!
