I've just reviewed your account and can see you've unfortunaetly been hit by a couple of different issues, system issues meant we have to cancel the first order and replace this and following that we were advised of faulty cables at the exchange.
One of my colleagues has your account in hand and will continue pushing this for you and aiming to get you online asap.
