Still no broadband after 16 Days since switch

My switch from sky was supposed to be a smooth transaction on the 20/01/17 and then my phone line was finally enabled on 26/01/17. It is now 5/2/17 and still no broadband connection. I even had a date of connection of yesterday and still nothing.

Just an update - 23/2/17 and still no broadband. Have been told to wait until 3/3/17 for update.

I've just reviewed your account and can see you've unfortunaetly been hit by a couple of different issues, system issues meant we have to cancel the first order and replace this and following that we were advised of faulty cables at the exchange.

One of my colleagues has your account in hand and will continue pushing this for you and aiming to get you online asap.
