Steady Decline. Please help.

Hi. I changed to Fibre in September and was getting a download speed of 34+mbps against an estimated speed of 30mbps so I was very happy but unfortunately that hasn't lasted. The speed started dropping to around 29mbps but then seemed fairly consistent until yesterday when we were without the Internet for 2 hours in the afternoon. When we were connected again I was getting a download of 26mbps which is still the same today. I am concerned that this decline will continue. Our cabinet only serves a small village so I would guess it isn't being overloaded. I would welcome some help from Plusnet.

The forums are currently devoid of much Plusnet staff input. Lots of threads are ignored by staff so I have no idea if anyone would answer you.
Plus it is the weekend and staff are normally only weekdays, office hours.
And sometimes the only advice is to raise a fault so I would start the process now yourself.
Start with the fibre speed issues here https://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,143836.0.html and then raise a fault at http://faults.plus.net/
