Static IP to Ip.plus.com

Hi,

I requested my static IP be switched resolving to Ip.plus.com for reverse DNS.

I had an odd response to my ticket, and this still has not progressed. Can you help please?

I am sorry about that, I can see the ticket response was blank and sent straight back to you so I'd guess that was a mistake but I'll pass on some feedback. I've just sent the ticket off to the right team so that will be picked up soon.
