Static IP keeps changing

I believe my account should already be on a list for this known issue since August, and it definitely seemed to improve for a while, but after some recent power cuts in the area my connection has been coming up with a different public IP every time.

Are there any updates on this issue yet?

Hasn't really been a major issue due to WFH and being able to quickly correct it, but it happened yesterday while I was back in the office and was quite a nuisance for me.

Hiya @dfunked, thanks for getting in touch. I am sorry for the delay in picking up your post and for the issues with your Static IP.


The issue is that we aren't able to activate the Static IP, meaning you will still be on a dynamic IP and why it keeps changing. I have had a check of the open incident and this is still ongoing, our team are still working hard to get this resolved.
