I asked for a Static IP on my new fibre broadband, and have been billed for it, but still seem to be on a dynamic IP. I raised a ticket, but there is no response.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I'm sorry that you are still on a dynamic IP despite paying for a static IP and for any inconvenience that this is causing you.
I've checked your account and there is an error that is preventing us from being able to activate the static IP component correctly. I've raised this to our network operations team for further investigation and they'll provide an update on this within three working days.
