Hi
I've experienced a period of 80 days when I had 8.5 Mb upload speed (3.0 db SNR) without issue, but most other times its 6.8 Mb (6.2 db SNR). I bleieve this is something to do with having a static I.P. now. Could I request the profile reset down to 4.5 dB SNR or 3.0 dB please?
Thanks

@ashleyfj A static IP has no effect on upload speed profile, it is fixed at the maximum upload sync speed, the SNRM defaults to 6dB and cannot be changed by Plusnet, it is controlled by Openreach. Your spell of 80 days at 3.0dB was a fluke, possibly after an area wide power cut. My line runs at 80Mbps downstream but only after a power cut and the SNRM is 1.6dB It has a reduced target value of 3dB but this does not apply to upstream.
