Speedtest running at less than .5 mbps down and less than 2 mbps up.

I assumed the fiber would be much faster, I have been away in Denmark for the past month and I come back to this?  Halp!

Hi @stocktonman, I've tested the line which shows you are in sync at 40mb.

Are these results from a wired speedtest and if not, can you run one to see if the results are the same?

If you get similar results using a wired connection I'd advise running through our Troubleshooting guides here and raise it here if the issue persists. If you let us know once this is done we will pick it up for you.

If the issue only occurs when using WiFi, you might need to change your routers Wireless channel, you can find further help on this here.
