Speeds suddenly dropped and interleaving turned on.

Hi,

For the past 5 years I have consistently been getting dl speeds of around 75mB but on the 21st my speeds suddenly dropped to around 41mB and interleaving has been turned on and band 17a. (According to my Asus router). Pings are also 3 times what they were.

The profile on PS states 78mB but when testing with BT speedchecker it states 51.9. I have a ticket open but I feel nothing will happen as the speed is within BT tolerances.

Anyone any idea to what's going on and am I likely to see an increase in speeds anytime soon. Obviously DLM has kicked in for some reason.

It's surprising what difference this makes, especially when a few members of the household are downloading/watching films.

DSL AC68U router by any chance, and have you updated the firmware recently?...

Asus seem to have cocked things up when it comes to fastpath connections recently.

Great, something I didn't need.

Have logged a ticket with PN and they have replied that a fault has been discovered on the line. Probably the Asus router falsely indicating this. Better go back to PN hub one until they decide to do a DLM reset then.

Engineer just left, new box and faceplate, reset DLM, all sorted.

same issue here interleaving on so getting high ping can admin switch mine off please ?
