Went down to 32 last year but was still in threshold.. now down to 29.6

Is that still within range or something gone wrong?
Thanks

Hello @liane14,
Thanks for getting in touch with us here.
Is the speed test you've included via a wired connection? If it is wired, we'll need you to get plugged into the test socket and run a wired test from there.
As ab aside I've performed some remote testing on your service and it looks like your above your MGS of 30.5mbps with your circuit syncing at 33.5mbps.
Thanks.

No inconsistencies but still doesn’t make sense why it’s slowly decreasing without issues reported on fault checks.
Haven’t attempted test socket test since last reporting speed drop 6 months ago but can do again.

I think we'll probably need to go down a fault route to be honest. There's nothing obvious on testing, everything looks fine. There's no reported crosstalk on the line (although it doesn't mean there isn't any). So we might as well rule everything out now then progress to an engineer.
