Speeds in NE8 area

for the last 10 hours or so opening pages is taking ages,  tested on numerous devices including a brand new mobile out of the box, speed tests show speeds are correct however issue is getting worse, anyone else having serious issues at the moment,

Same for me, also NE8. About 8pm it just seemed like my internet wasn't working. Changing from Google DNS to Open DNS seems to have fixed it, might have just been a coincidence though.

seems to be ok again however seems strange how for 2 days plus net seem to deny any issue or faults however fault tracking website by other providers show both a fault and maintenance on Gateshead exchange since 17/01/217
