My speed down again. Used BTW, down 22.39, up 6.41 mbps.
That seems about right for your sync speed of 24.3mbps.
As it's way below your estimates of 39.8mbps I'd recommend re-raising a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net so we can arrange another engineer visit to further investigate. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Hi, Just an update, in general speeds are good (mostly 30mbps) but have noticed over the weekend its dropped and at one point was down to 14mbps which is still ok but wondered if other users had similar drop offs ?

I'm now down to around half contracted speed.

You would kind of hope PN had alerts set up that flag when performance drops off ......... seems its down to users to monitor and complain ?

@sheffpeteSorry to hear you're still having problems.
Our tests are flagging a potential capacity issue still for your circuit. Our suppliers have advised us a lot of the VLANs on the equipment at your exchange are overutilised so there might be a back-haul problem here.
They're investigating further and we're to expect an update within the next 24-48 hours.

Our tests are showing your sync speed back down to 24.3mbps.
As we're not finding the cause of the problem we'll need to arrange an engineer visit to further investigate.
I'll update your fault ticket shortly.

Thanks for investigating, it would point to capacity as most of the less busy time I get 30mbps .....

Line speed has been as contracted and stable for a week, since an external router reboot.

I'm having the same speed drop problems now and rather than make another thread I hope it's ok to post here. Speed test are show I'm getting less than half my normal speeds (around 77 Mbps). Upload speeds seem ok just downloads speeds are way out. I've tried doing the fibre fault tests but I can't get test 3 to work even after changing the username in my router.
Can anyone take a look and make sure everything's ok?
