Hello I have solved a lot of issues I have had with slow speeds and disconnections by connecting my 2 pcs and tv via a gigabit ethernet switch and now seem to be getting a more robust connection on all devices. However, for some reason my broadband speed which was a robust 35mbps dropped a couple of weeks ago and seems to be being constrained to 32mbps as shown on plusnet website and actual of 30mbps .Done the line check no problems so wondered why it was and if there is anything I can do to improve it.
