Speeds are slowing...

Hi there,

I've just checked my download speeds, wired via ethernet straight into router, and I'm getting slower download speed than my Minimum Guaranteed Speed.

• Product: Unlimited Fibre Extra
• Estimated Download Range: 59 - 72Mbps
• Estimated Upload Range: 17 - 18Mbps
• Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 53.5Mbps
• Current Line Speed (Download): 49.4Mbps

is there an easy fix for this?

Update. the team are performing tests on my connection after I called customer services today. Quick response. 😀
