Ok, this is getting beyond a joke now - my speeds have been falling rapidly, from a rock solid 37mbps and my IP profile has dropped from a constant 40.
Tonight's efforts are abysmal. This is supposed to be 40mbps fibre and it's not as good as adsl.
I've already had a ticket open for 2 days and still waiting for a response.
This is not good!!!!!!!!

How do I log in to the plusnet router with another user name please? It's logged in as me and I cant seem to find an option to change?

Thanks - it's been happening on and off for over a week now. I didn't get time last night to run the additional BT speed check, but this morning (about 6am), the speed was back up to around 30mbps. Still alot lower than it should be, but i'll see how it is when I get home tonight.
It's just so frustrating after 6 months of excellent speeds!!
