Speed

Hi having buffering problems again.
I have connected ethernet cable and a new rj11 cable.
And it still buffers sometimes.
Showing 35meg
I'm sure I am paying for faster speed
Can this be checked please and my line connection again

Also I have noticed it's ok in the morning but buffering at night.
And when I upgraded I was getting 50meg
But now it's down to 35.

I've just made some changes to your profile which should hopefully rectify this.

 

Could you please reboot your router and monitor this over the next 24 hours to see if this improves?

I've rebooted
Speed has gone up to 44.
Will see how it is over the next few days.

Am I supposed to be getting higher speeds?Huh

I have checked your connection and it is testing at 52.2Mbps at the moment.

 

Are you having the issues on a wired or wireless device?

On both. I had it on wi fi for ages so changed to ethernet cable.
But still does it.
It don't buffer constantly but will just have moments.
Speed only getting 45 max

Hi I had an engineer come out think it was last week. Openreach that one of plusnet staff arranged But I feel like it's got worse since he done the work.

An external engineer has been assigned to this job, it's due to fixed anytime up to midnight of today as per the faults support ticket here. Feel free to get back to us here tomorrow if you are still having trouble with your services and we can go from there.
