I have connected ethernet cable and a new rj11 cable.
And it still buffers sometimes.
I'm sure I am paying for faster speed

I've just made some changes to your profile which should hopefully rectify this.
Could you please reboot your router and monitor this over the next 24 hours to see if this improves?
I have checked your connection and it is testing at 52.2Mbps at the moment.
