Speed up and Down. Is this normal at the moment?

Hi.

Over last few months (Lockdown time) speeds ranging from 0 Mbps to 31 Mbps. (BT Speed test results attached)

Can I assume this is normal with Plusnet at the moment or does anybody think it could be a problem at my end.

Router/Modem is a BT Hub6 (Type A). Have factory reset many times but to no avail.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Have you done the checks that are specified at https://www.plus.net/help/broadband?

ps I am not sure what is normal but my speeds are rock solid

Yes, done just about ALL guides/tips/checks I can find. Still problem persists.

So you will need to get in touch with Plusnet. Phone 0800 432 0200 and chose Technical help. I just checked and they are answering

Upload speed never seems to be affected!! See original attachments

Had bit of wait on phone, so filled in a fault request online to get the ball rolling.
