Speed slow broadband drops out intermittently

Have been having problems for some time now. Broadband keeps dropping out especially at weekends tried to ring gave up after an hour several times. It comes back normally after a couple of hours but keeps happening lately. I also have the top fibre package and have been experiencing a lot of buffering. Checked the speeds on several sites and download average is 30 not 51 minimum as stated in my package. Impossible to get through on the phone no live chat. Contract up in March and as it stands will be moving to another provider. I am paying but not receiving the appropriate service.
If anyone has any ideas in the meantime it would be appreciated.

Have you followed the trouble shooting guide on the website, if not do so.

https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/ 

If that does not sort things then you need to log a fault via https://www.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults
