Speed has dropped from 36Mb to around 10Mb starting from last Monday. Did all the suggested tests right back to master socket and still giving me the same results. Strangely the mybroadbandspeed was giving about 10Mb but the BT check was saying 29Mb. Actual speeds are definitely around 10. Posted it through as a fault on Wednesday and still no response other than what was probably a automated response saying escalated to correct team for review and performing tests that can take up to 24hrs. Getting a bit miffed now and not sure what to do next.
A happy customer this past six months or so until now.
Resolved. If by magic or someone in the background. Now back up to 36Mb (previously checked an hour before sending original email) Just wished the communication was better to save the wife giving me ear ache. Apologies.
