Speed restricted?

Hi, my broadband speed seems to restricted to 46.5Mbps when Plusnet emailed me a current line speed of 78Mbps or estimated between 68.1 - 80Mbps.

Raised a ticket last Thursdays regarding the fault.

Attached is a report from BTW performance test.

I'm not sure why your asking if it's being restricted when you have a fault raised that would say to me that the issue is due to the fault unless plusnet Support are saying other wise what have they told you ?

The screenshot of the speedtest shows the issue is due to the sync speed of the line, which is what has caused the IP profile to be lower. Once the fault has resolved both of these should increase again.
