Hi
As some others on here I received an e-mail stating that my FTTC was being reduced to 40/10.
I am an ex 40/20 customer who was regraded to 55/10 a few years ago.
My line has always synced at 80/20 but the throughput is limited to 55/10.
I phoned PN who after some initial confusion, the advisor started that my sync would be reduced to 55/10 and not 40/10.
I asked for ticket to be raised to reflect this #188072938.
As I do not know what steps have taken to ensure the my FTTC sync will not be reduced to 40/10, can I please seek confirmation that my account has been removed from the automatic speed reduction?

Hi Richard.
Apologies for the concern caused by the e-mail you've received.
I've placed an order to modify your service to 55/10 from 80/20 to match you up to the speed profile on your account. I've also e-mailed the project owner to remove you from the automated process, so you won't be downgraded to 40/10.
