Speed reduced

Wonder if somebody could help me please. Very recently we have notice about a 10Mb drop off in our Broadband speed looking on Broadband speed checkers. On logging onto the Hub One router I have noticed the sync speed has dropped from its normal 62Mb to 53Mb. The phone line is clear with no crackling, can somebody please investigate? Thanks

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net
