Speed not as guaranteed

I had the fibre installed 2 days ago with an estimated speed of between 72mb and 80 mb and a guaranteed speed of 62 mb. Since Ive had it the speed is approx. 46mb, Ive checked all the wires, and I am using awired connection straight from the master socket. I wated to see if it would change but it hasn’t.

Can you post the info from the Helpdesk tab from your router, being careful to hide sensitive info such as username and password?

I can see our tests are showing a potential fault which needs a engineer to visit your property to investigate further.

Can you respond to the latest update on the ticket?
