I don't see how a DLM reset would fix the issue in this instance as the banding is not affecting your sync speed. As your speed is so close to the estimate, it's likely no fault will be found so there is that risk of a charge.

Well, due to a power outage that took out the entire area my speed has gone back up to 39999! I'm just hoping DLM doesn't kick in to reduce it again due to the power outage 😛
