Re the MGALS, I have just renewed, and I was quoted a greater speed than is physically possible due to the distance of the DSLAM.
However in my road some subscribers are on a closer DSLAM and can get the quoted speeds.
Clearly despite having my address and phone number PN appeared to have used the postcode, which covers both DSLAM's.
My current speed is less than 24Mbs, so can I force PN to make OpenReach move me to the closer DSLAM, which is possible.
The situation has arisen due to an error made by who ever was responsible under the BDUK system for determining the the DSLAM.
