Speed issue

Query for Plusnet support I,ve had fibre broadband slow speed issues (16/17 mbps download ) since joining Nov 18! which was finally resolved by a openreach engineer Oct 19 (incorrect wiring) which resulted in a much better steady download speed of 28 mbps 👍 Approx 6 weeks ago my speed dropped again to 22 mbps and stayed there, has my speed now been capped as there is no other explanation for this slow down?
