My connection has gone from average 65mb down, 19mb up to 8mb down, 8mb up.
Checked everything this end, and to be honest this is the first time I've had a speed issue.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Well that rules out one thing - your line is fine
Are those tests wired or wireless

Wired.
I've run several tests on different pc's and using different browsers. As I said previously never had an issue before

After re-booting my router and checking everything I pulled the plug on the BT modem and after re-starting that it seems to have fixed the issue thankfully.
