Speed is less than 1 mb now?

So, today (Saturday 20th) my fibre speed has dropped to less than 1 mb. Have been on hold with the call centre for over 30 mins now.

Does anyone else know the issue?

(PS UK call centres are of no benefit if the call isn't answered. I don't really care where the person is located that's not serving me...!)

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
